An active Redemptorist basilica centered on the venerated crucifix known as the Lord of Miracles of Buga. Its intensive daily Mass schedule, regular healing liturgies, September feast, ex-votos, and pilgrim services distinguish it from an ordinary historic church. Individual miracle testimonies are not treated as blanket Church adjudications.
