Why pilgrims come

A sacred place worth the journey.

A dramatic stone sanctuary built into the slopes of Zhalao above Biblián. Local devotion began after a priest placed a Marian image on the hill during the severe drought of 1893–1894 and rain followed. That rain narrative is preserved as local devotional tradition, not a formally investigated apparition or miracle judgment.
