The story
Faustina Kowalska was a Polish religious sister whose diary records an intense life of prayer and a mission centered on God’s mercy. Her years in the Congregation of the Sisters of Our Lady of Mercy connect her especially with Płock, Warsaw, Vilnius, and Kraków.
The associated places do not all make the same claim. Kraków preserves her tomb; Płock and Vilnius preserve settings connected with the development of the Divine Mercy image and devotion. Each destination record states what can be visited today.
