The official tomb page currently lists visiting periods of 9:00 a.m.–12:00 noon and 3:00–5:30 p.m. The official FAQ lists broader usual hours and says the house is closed to visitors on Thursdays; reconfirm before arrival.

Confession

No regular public confession schedule was verified. Ask the Sisters respectfully about current sacramental arrangements without interrupting community prayer.

The entrance is in the side lane at 54A A.J.C. Bose Road, Kolkata, near Ripon Street. Use the official address and avoid unofficial intermediaries offering paid entry.

The tomb is on the ground floor. Access to the preserved room and other areas may involve stairs; contact the Mother House if step-free access is essential.

Entry to the tomb is free. This is an active convent, not a museum attraction alone: keep silence, dress modestly, and follow the Sisters’ directions. The official visitor guidance prohibits photographs or video of the Sisters, museum, and Mother Teresa’s room.
