Submit a deletion request
Email info@amabilemedia.com from the email address connected to your Catholic Tourist account. Use the subject line Delete my Catholic Tourist account.
For your security, do not include your password, social-login credentials, payment information, or private prayer intentions in the request.
What we delete
After we verify the request, we will delete the Catholic Tourist account and its associated profile, saved trips, wish-list places, visited-place history, private notes, and active shared-itinerary links.
Public destination suggestions that have already become part of our editorial catalog may be retained without the account identifier. Limited security logs, backups, or records required by law may remain for a restricted period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Timing and identity verification
We may ask you to verify that you control the account before deleting it. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days and will tell you if applicable law or an unusual security issue requires more time.
Signing out ends the active browser session, but it does not delete the account. Until self-service deletion is available, please use the email request above for permanent deletion.
If you used social sign-in
Deleting your Catholic Tourist account removes the Catholic Tourist data described above. It does not delete your Google, Facebook, or X account. You may also remove Catholic Tourist from the connected-app settings of the social provider you used.
